Wellington Olympic AFC

Wellington Olympic AFC is an association football club in Wellington, New Zealand.

The club was formed in 1953 by New Zealand Greek immigrants as Apollon AFC and is commonly known around New Football as 'The Greeks'. The club changed its name to Christian Youth FC in 1958, and became Wellington Olympic AFC in 1983. The local Greek Orthodox Community of Wellington Inc continues to be the basis of the club's support and a significant number of players are of Greek heritage.
